We recommend you to make the reservation yourself. In this way you will be able to check the prices and available dates. The calendar is always up to date.
During some period of the year, we may not have vacancies.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FORMALIZE THE RESERVATION.
- PAYMENT METHODS: to confirm your request, you must make a 50% payment in advances of the total amount of the reservation.
Payment will be made by confirmed payment on your credit card, which you will enter the digits yourself. If payment is not received within two days, the pre-reservation will be canceled.
- Once the payment is received, the client will receive an email with the confirmation of the reservation.
- Another email will be received to continue with the “online check in”, that the client will have to register their identity documents (DNI, NIE, Passport)
- Seven days before arrival the client will receive another email that will be the payment of the remaining 50% of the reservation. Apart from that R32 withholds 150€ corresponding to the deposit.
- Finally, the client will receive an email with the access code to the building and the apartment (it will be the same code).
- R32 will send the invoice for customer service.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas, kitchenware and equipment, bedclothes (change every 7 days), towels and general cleaning.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. If you need another option, contact with our staff.
3.PAYMENT OF THE RENT
ADVANCE: Payment as we already mentioned in point 1 for the confirmation of the reservation, an advance of 50% of the total reservation must be paid.
REST: the rest of the payment must be paid with a charge to your credit card 7 days before your arrival.
In the event that your reservation is made within 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
R32 BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS requests a guarantee deposit of 150€, debited from your credit card, which must be paid at the time of payment of the remaining 50% and before the delivery of codes for access.
You will get back the deposit in the same way that it was made (credit card) as long as no damage has been caused to the apartment.
An amount of the deposit can be withheld in cases:
- DEPOSIT RETENTION FOR DELIVERING THE EXCESSIVELY DIRTY APARTMENT (plates, glasses and kitchenware must be clean upon departure, not garbage): 30€
- DEPOSIT WITHHOLDING FOR LEAVING OUT OF HOURS (maximum 2h) Never in high season and always under authorization of R32: 30€
- RETENTION FOR EXCESS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS. The cost will be retained according to the rate at the time of making the reservation.
5.DURING YOUR STAY
The following cases may be cause of eviction
- No more guests than those registered. If R32 detects that there are more people staying in the apartment than those registered and paid, we will proceed to collect from the deposit the supplements for each person or to the eviction.
- It is totally forbidden to have parties in our apartments. It is cause for immediate eviction, and without being able to recover your security deposit.
- If your behaviour is not appropriate with the R32 staff or with other clients of the building, as well as the misuse of our facilities.
Smoking is prohibited except in the apartments that have a terrace. Smoke-free apartments.
Pets: Pets are generally not allowed.
BREAK HOURS: we ask you to behave appropriately and formally towards the rest of the clients in the building, respecting the resting hours (from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.) and the rules of the complex.
AIR CONDITIONING: it is advisable to maintain a suitable temperature of 24ºC in order not to harm health. Another key for optimizing the cold is to keep both the curtains and the windows and doors tightly closed.
NATURAL GAS HEATING: it is advisable to maintain a suitable temperature of 23 ºC. To avoid excessive heat losses, it is recommended not to open the windows for more than 10 minutes.
INCIDENTS: if something breaks or damage occurs in the apartment during the stay, you must notify our staff as soon as possible, and never wait for the day of departure.
The management of the establishment is not responsible for any type of valuables inside the apartments.
The departure of the apartment must be mad before 11am on the day of departure.
7.SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN
Cots and chairs are available for babies up to 2 years old as long as there is availability and a prior reservation is made. The cot will not be charged.
Children up to 2 years have free stay.
8.CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CLIENT
If cancellation occurs, the payment will be following:
- 30 days before the arrival date, the client loses 10% of the reservation amount, so R32 will return the remaining 40% charged at the time of making the reservation.
- Between 29 and 7 days before the arrival date, the client loses 50% of the reservation amount.
- Less than 7 days before the arrival date, the client loses 100% of the reservation amount.
9.MODIFICATIONS BY R32 BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS.
In case of unexpected from the company and the apartment could not be occupied, the company will give to the client another one of the same or higher quality without any cost for both parts.
This change will always be communicated to the client before the arrival date.
